We moved to The Cotswolds in 2018 and since then have been managing all aspects of our own holiday rental property which we bought in 2015. We absolutely love it and we couldn't be more well versed in what's important to you and to your guests. Managing all holiday portals and making amends as appropriate
Managing your website (if you have one)
Liaising with guest inquires, bookings, sightseeing etc
Managing and ongoing tweaking of your listing on all major holiday portals
Overseeing and optimising your rates and bookings according to demand, seasonality etc
Acting as primary contact with all holiday portals eg AirBnB
Overseeing the housekeeping and laundry team
Ensuring your property is guest-ready
Spot checks covering breakages, light bulbs: all to be dealt with
Garden and window cleaning
Ensuring the property is stocked with all essential and advertised provisions
Be the point of contact during the guests stay
Respond to feedback and reviews
Manage payments, changes to bookings, cancellations etc
Schedule and oversee any compliance and certificate requirements eg Gas Safety Certificates
Utility and insurance tariff management
Our Fee: We charge a small percentage of the guests rate to manage all aspects above. Tradespeople, provisions etc are charged separately. Feel free to contact me to arrange a meeting and to discuss further requirements.
